Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation

All tour, travel, and hotel bookings made with My Rajasthan Trip are subject to availability and confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a minimum of 50% advance payment of the total booking amount.
Without advance payment, the booking will be treated as tentative and may be cancelled automatically if availability changes.


2. Payment Policy

  • A 50% advance payment is mandatory at the time of booking confirmation.

  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid on arrival / at the time of check-in or tour commencement.

  • Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other online payment methods as accepted by the company.


3. Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation by the guest, the following cancellation charges will apply:

  • Cancellation made 35 days or more prior to arrival date
    20% cancellation charges will be applicable
    → Remaining amount will be refundable

  • Cancellation made between 15 to 34 days prior to arrival
    50% cancellation charges will be applicable
    → Balance amount will be refunded as per policy

  • Cancellation made within 15 days of arrival or No-Show
    No refund will be provided


4. Refund Policy

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation confirmation.

  • Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.

  • Any bank charges, transaction fees, or gateway charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.


5. Hotel Booking Policy

  • Hotel check-in and check-out times are governed by individual hotel policies.

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel approval.

  • Room upgrades, special requests, or preferences are not guaranteed and depend on hotel availability at the time of check-in.


6. Tour Itinerary & Schedule Changes

  • The company reserves the right to modify, alter, or change the itinerary due to weather conditions, road conditions, traffic issues, operational constraints, or any unforeseen circumstances.

  • Such changes will be made in the best interest of guests, and no refund will be applicable for itinerary modifications.


7. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must carry valid government-issued photo identification during travel and hotel check-in.

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, and documents.

  • Any damage to hotel property, vehicle, or public property caused by the guest will be charged directly to the guest.


8. Company Liability

  • My Rajasthan Trip acts only as a booking and service facilitator for hotels, transport providers, and local vendors.

  • The company shall not be held responsible for accidents, delays, injuries, loss of belongings, natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions.

  • Services provided by third parties are governed by their own terms and conditions..


9. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking with My Rajasthan Trip, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms and Conditions, including the payment and cancellation policies.
